Which size should I buy?
If you are not sure which size is right for you, please refer to our size chart. You will find the available sizes for each of our products below.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, cancelation is possible!
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Simply send an e-mail to info@boeufofficial.com with your order number and a note that you wish to cancel the order.
Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
We work with all major carriers and local courier services. During the order process you will be asked to select a delivery method.
What is the shipping policy?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that your order has been received by our fulfillment team. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of a return.
Do you also ship overseas?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs apply and will be added at checkout.
Can I return my order after receiving it?
You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
